In 2014 she received institutional accreditation for ten years. The accreditation of the courses by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) two years later confirmed the teaching of professional ethics and the international character of the teaching content. Students on a RICS-accredited degree program have the opportunity to take the so-called “APC” (Assessment of Professional Competence) immediately after completing their degree and to use the professional title MRICS (Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) as a Chartered Surveyor.
