Lebanese University is a public university established in 1951, often referred to as the national university of Lebanon. Located in Hadeeth, in the Baabda district in Lebanon, the university covers 705,000 square metres and hosts students from across the globe, but mainly the Middle East. There are 62 libraries across the different faculties equipped with both physical and digital volumes.

The Lebanese University is the leading public institution in Lebanon that represents the nation in the international arena, and ever since its establishment has been producing renowned personalities in all walks of life.
